It is one of the hardest things to find in a grocery store - fresh gluten free bread, with a crunchy, thick crust and beautifully aerated and resilient crumb that holds together; or delicate loaves of soft bread that hold together as you eat. These are the things of dreams for those with food allergies and celiac disease, the dreams we bring to life for you.

 

The yeasted boule.

A classic european style bread made with a mix of whole grain flours, that can be customized to include a star grain such as buckwheat or certified gluten free oats. The base recipe is naturally vegan, soy and nut free. The boules are also available in different flavors with the addition of different elements such as cheese, peppers, garlic and herbs, olives, dried fruits, and more. This is real bread. What’s more, our boule loaves are always scored in our signature, decorative style.

Soft bread.

A broader spectrum of bread, we strive to bring you a variety of choices from sandwich loaves to quick breads and more. These are breads you don’t want to waste a crumb of and that make for great french toast, bread pudding, croutons and stuffing. The selection will vary year-round.

  • The Classic Boule.

    Plain. Simple. Classic. This yeast bread is lightly salted, making it a plain bread-based canvas for the preparation of your choice. Make it sweet with jam, with a smear of goat cheese drizzled with honey or take it the savory route, toasted with mashed avocado or used for your favorite sandwich. Naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, egg-free and soy-free. Multigrain with either a buckwheat or certified gluten-free oat blend. $8

  • Jalapeño-Cheddar Boule.

    This tasty, satisying loaf can be made with a buckwheat or oat multigrain base. It is then scored and baked to include pops of tangy, sharp cheddar and a slight tingle from jalapeños, with a hint of garlic and onion. $10

  • Chocolate-Cherry Boule.

    Buckwheat, multigrain boule with kirsch-soaked dried cherries and soy-free dark chocolate chunks. This is not a sweet bread, but it has a touch of sugar added and pairs wonderfully with goat chesses, clotted cream, jam and the like. $10

  • Olive. Garlic. Rosemary.

    This blend of arromatics makes for an incredibly savory boule. The base is the multigrain mix with your choice of buckwheat or certified, gluten-free oat. This bread is awesome with a charcuterie platter or as the carrier for the best mustard-accented sandwiches. $10
